This is the best chow mien I have ever had. When they say something is mild, it's still pretty spicy, so just keep that in mind. Very clean and kind staff, take out is very good as well

My go to place to get love crabs. Also not to be missed is the hot chopped fish. Honestly everything they have here is great but be realistic. As the restaurant name explicitly says lots of their dishes are fried. Don't look for healthy non fried options that taste good. The service is also great and there are ample parking spaces. The hot pepper chicken is okay as they tend to have too much batter or coating with less meat. Little garden has a better version. Anyways do try live crabs. They will fry them with hot chilly peppers and truly awesome. Don't forget to order the special dessert. Don't burn yourself.

Frying Fish in Bellevue is an approachable Sichuan restaurant in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Inside, you'll find a roomy restaurant that is often filled with diner of Chinese descent with plenty of other ethnicities, too. The staff speaks English and Chinese. The service level is a bit closer to the abrupt "Chinese" service, but I don't care about that. As long as the food is good, I'm happy. The interior and décor are nicely appointed, not gaudy and certainly not utilitarian. The Food: Pickled Vegetable Swai Fillets, $33.95 - 4 Stars This is a giant soup bowl that feels a family of several. This version is a touch of sour, a touch of spicy, not too oily, and incredibly flavorful. Yum! There are more spicy versions, but I don't like the oil. One of these, I hope to find a version that is not swai or tilapia; both are not-so-healthy fish. The search continues. Cumin Lamb, $17.95 - 4 Stars Other than a flame symbol on the menu, there is no description to tell the diner this is ma-la spicy. Luckily, it is sufficiently mild for my hubby. The flavor is quite good, even if the cumin is mixed with ma-la spicy peppercorns. Tea Smoked Duck (Bone In), $18.95 - 4.5 Stars This dish is my favorite. The smokiness smells amazing. I can easily eat only this dish at this restaurant. Pea Vine with Garlic, $18.95 - 3 Stars As though my mom still talks inside my head, I ordered veggies even though $19 for a plate of veggies that I can buy for $6 really does seem like a rip-off. The taste is basic and met expectations. Side note: White rice is $2 - very reasonable
